Peer Support Groups
We support over 2000 people per year in our online support groups, which are easily accessible and completely free of charge.
Women-only Groups
Our women-only groups are a safe space for women living with BPD to get support.
Men-Only Groups
We run three online peer support groups each month supporting men who are living with BPD.
Young Person’s group (18 to 25s)
Our young person’s group is open to anyone aged 18 to 25 who is living with BPD.
LGBTQIA+ Group
This monthly group is a safe space for those who identify as LGBTQIA+ and is living with BPD.
Family Group
Our family support group is open to partners, parents and carers of someone living with BPD.
Mixed Groups
Our mixed groups are open to anyone aged 18 or over who is living with BPD.
